Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: launching regional dialogue with political parties

Organised on Wednesday 9 September 2026 in Salé in partnership with AESVT Maroc, the meeting brought together civil society and environmental actors, public policy specialists and representatives of political parties.

Discussions focused on how to integrate environmental and climate issues into electoral programmes, and on levers to encourage effective youth participation in political life.

This meeting is the first stop in a national journey of regional dialogues aimed at securing clear, implementable, monitorable and accountable political commitments.

The Alliance’s intention is to make climate and sustainable development a central part of the public debate on the future of public policy.
